Preheated oven at 180* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside it
In a large a bowl,add together flour,salt, cinnamon, Nutmeg and baking soda mix and keep aside it
In a bowl take butter and brown sugar whisk till smooth or about 3 minutes.
Now add egg,vanilla essence,apple sauce and mix well until combined
Add chopped almond and walnuts slowly
Now add dry ingredients in this and mix well
Now add cooked quinoa,oats and choco chips in this
Now take a spoon fill with dough and onto baking tray,like this finish all dough
Bake this cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or done
When done remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack
Now healthy Quinoa and Oats Cookies is ready to serve
