Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter


  • 1/2 cups brown sugar


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 1/4 cups oats


  • 1/4 cups quinoa


  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips


  • 1/4 cups almond and walnuts crushed


  • 1/2 cups apple sauce

Directions

  • Preheated oven at 180* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside it
  • In a large a bowl,add together flour,salt, cinnamon, Nutmeg and baking soda mix and keep aside it
  • In a bowl take butter and brown sugar whisk till smooth or about 3 minutes.
  • Now add egg,vanilla essence,apple sauce and mix well until combined
  • Add chopped almond and walnuts slowly
  • Now add dry ingredients in this and mix well
  • Now add cooked quinoa,oats and choco chips in this
  • Now take a spoon fill with dough and onto baking tray,like this finish all dough
  • Bake this cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or done
  • When done remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack
  • Now healthy Quinoa and Oats Cookies is ready to serve
